Double Fold Wedge Lock Washers , DIN 25201 standard , offer a better and low cost option for anti-vibration. They are extremely easy to install and remove using simple hand tools. They are made out of heat-treated materials which makes them withstand extreme temperatures without losing their mechanical or electrical properties.
Double Fold Lock Wedge Locking Washers provide anti-vibration or dynamic load through tension rather than friction. The advantages as below:
